    While we take pride in all of our GUESS?, Inc. products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return.

    We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective GUESS merchandise for up to 14 days after the shipment date. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags, attached branded tissue paper intact and accompanied by the packing slip or Order Summary.
